Timothy Stansfield started his career in massage in 2014. Timothy is a graduate of Central Maryland School of Massage. Timothy combines a variety of massage modalities in his Sports Massage sessions with a focus on recovery and self-care. He is an advocate for blending eastern and western recovery methods including assisted stretch, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, STM, cupping, massage devices, and deep breathing techniques.

Dr. Ziemer is a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. While studying at Northwestern, Dr. Ziemer focused her studies on sports performance, family wellness, chiropractic acupuncture, and perinatal care. Dr. Ziemer has a passion for treating all athletes, even the smallest of competitors.
Dr. Ziemer has a large array of tools at her disposal to help her patients reach their goals, including chiropractic manipulation, acupuncture, dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, kinesiotaping, corrective exercise, and myofascial release. Dr. Ziemer is Webster certified, Graston trained, and certified in chiropractic acupuncture. Dr. Ziemer also has experience treating elite athletes. She was the official team chiropractor for the DC United Men’s Soccer Club, serving as one of the only female chiropractors in major league soccer. She uses her training and previous experiences in a well-rounded approach to helping patients reach their athletic or functional goals.
